Briefing on London Infrastructure Plan 2050

At the end of July the Mayor of London published in draft his trillion pound London Infrastructure Plan 2050, detailing his ambitions for future infrastructure investment to allow the capital to continue to operate efficiently and successfully during a time of unprecedented population growth. London First has welcomed the Plan as a significant step forward in London’s capability to plan effectively for its future growth.

At an event with London First members this week, Jeremy Skinner of the GLA presented the Plan’s main conclusions and invited businesses to respond to the consultation- a copy of the presentation is available here.

The consultation closes on 31 October 2014, with the GLA intending to publish a final report in early 2015.  London First will be responding to the consultation and welcomes views and contributions from members.
