Planning Officer's Society and London First - Roundtable Breakfast on Good Growth by design - how to deliver density

The new London Plan introduces a step change for housing delivery in London, including a stronger emphasis on the need to make more efficient use of land through increased densities. The Density Matrix is replaced with a design led approach to site optimisation alongside new policies that promote building more homes on smaller sites, particularly in outer London. Design reviews and digital tools to enable better discussion on design outcomes are also promoted in the plan.
