An international review of the threats from hostile states, terrorists, organised criminals and lone actors or fraudsters, and the ways that governments can deal with foreign interference, attribution, jurisdictional reach and the increasing scale of attacks. The conference will include an examination, through examples and incidents, of the best ways that crime fighters and corporates can overcome the challenges, and the lessons learnt by experts at the chalk face, in particular the techniques to overcome DDoS and Ransomware attacks.
