Vulnerabilities and risks in cities from drones and other unconventional attacks
Concerns are mounting about terrorists returning from the Middle East with the knowledge of using weaponised drones, or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, on the battlefield. Delivering an improvised explosive device in the UK on a drone would present a novel attack vector and in a densely populated area could cause significant damage, not to mention fear. This seminar brings together a panel of experts in protecting buildings through design, unmanned aerial vehicle capabilities and CBRN operations. They will discuss the threats and responses.
