Help shape build to rent policy

After the success of our London Property Summit last month, we are now preparing for our second Private Rented Sector (PRS) Forum, which will take place early next year.

Event sponsor Winckworth Sherwood are currently running a short survey, which aims to get a better understanding of how large scale PRS investment will best be achieved in your local area.

We would appreciate your participation so that we can be clear on the opportunities and barriers to developing a viable professional rental sector.
The anonymous results will be shared at The PRS Forum on 25 February 2016, brought to you by London First, Movers and Shakers, Winckworth Sherwood and Grosvenor.

This one day conference will bring together some 350 delegates and speakers from the leaders in PRS from the UK and overseas.

The Forum will consider:

  • If build to rent is on track to scale up or at risk of failing to grow?
  • Has a build to rent mass market now really started to form?
  • Is sufficient progress being made?
  • What role will politics play in making or scuppering the market?
