London First

Two key challenges for London are greening commercial and residential buildings to meet energy efficiency targets, and maximising London’s opportunity as a global centre for clean technology innovation and development. The Property and Energy Network promotes good practice in all aspects of managing the built environment and supports London’s development as a centre for innovative technologies that help tackle climate challenges. 

Focusing specifically on London, events within the Property and Energy Network provide effective platforms to share best practice and network with key industry players.

Twice yearly half-day exhibitions and conferences showcase London’s excellence in low-carbon development and bring innovators closer to their customers through presentations, seminars and networking. Network events then develop themes and strands introduced at each conference, in more detail.

Network events focus on the interest areas of one or more of the following: property developers; property managers or owners; low-carbon technology providers; investors; sustainable development professionals; finance directors.
