The London FM Network - sponsored by Eurest Services

The aim of the network is to provide practical briefings to London business on relevant issues in the field of facilities management

The network meets on a six weekly basis, with up to 100 facilities management professionals attending our events to hear expert speakers on topics which affect their profession such as carbon emissions, green procurement, security provision, outsourcing, flexible working, building and space planning / design.

During 2009/ 2010 the network's emphasis is on exchanging best practice on how companies can reduce their carbon footprint. This is particularly important at a time when the Government plans to implement carbon reduction commitments from April 2010, which will impact on company reputation and profitability.

The London First FM network is also organising an annual London FM Conference which brings together up to 200 FM professionals to hear practical advice from leaders in their field on how companies can perform better.  The Conference is kindly sponsored by Eurest Services and hosted by Chelsea Football Club.  Full details on the 2009 Conference can be found at www.fmconference.co.uk
