Leader, London Borough of Waltham Forest and Executive Member for Business, Europe and Good Growth at London
Clare Coghill was elected to the London Borough of Waltham Forest in May 2010 to represent the High Street ward in Walthamstow with junior cabinet roles in Health and Town Centres. Clare was appointed as Cabinet Member for Children and Young People in May 2012, and in 2014, Cabinet Member for Economic Growth & High Streets leading a fresh approach to regeneration, planning and development. Clare was elected as Leader of the Council at the AGM of Full Council in May 2017 and re-elected Leader of the Council for a 4 year term in May 2018.

Helen Evans
Chief Executive, Network Homes
Helen Evans has worked for the Network Housing Group since 2010 and became the Chief Executive in September 2011. Since then the Group (now known as Network Homes) has established itself as a top developing housing association and transformed its operating model and performance.
Prior to joining Network, Helen worked in Local Authority Housing starting out in the London Borough of Southwark as an Estates Officer and via roles in various London Borough’s becoming Chief Executive of the Brent Arms’ Length Management Organisation Brent Housing Partnership.
She is currently the Chair of the G15 group of London’s largest housing associations becoming the first woman Chair of this group in June this year. She also Chairs the Board of Trustees of the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust and is a Trustee of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
Andy Gulliford
Chief Operating Officer, Segro
Andy Gulliford has been at SEGRO since 2004. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2011 with responsibility for the Group’s operational property teams both in the UK and Continental Europe. Andy’s role is to oversee the maximisation of total property return from the portfolio and is accountable for the Group’s relationship management of its 1,200 customers, leasing and asset management activities as well as the Group’s development programme.
Andy was previously Managing Director, Continental Europe for two years. Prior to this he was Director of Corporate Acquisitions, a role in which he was responsible for major transactions in the UK. He went on to become Business Development Director, responsible for identifying opportunities for SEGRO in new markets and developing new customer relationships.
Prior to joining SEGRO, Andy spent 19 years at JLL, where he was European Director for the Company’s industrial and logistics business.

Craig McWilliam
Chief Executive, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland
Craig McWilliam, FRICS, was appointed to the Grosvenor Britain & Ireland Board in 2010. In 2013 he became the Executive Director responsible for the London estate, having previously had charge of all development activities off the London estate. In January 2017, Craig became CEO of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. Prior to joining Grosvenor he was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group. Craig is an Honorary Fellow of the RICS, a Trustee of LandAid and a Director of London First. He also sits on BPF's Policy Committee and is Vice-Chairman of the Westminster Property Association
Beth West
Head of Development, London Portfolio, Landsec
Beth joined Landsec in October 2017 as Head of Development for the London portfolio, covering all aspects of development from feasibility through to construction. Beth’s team of 30 – working with partner architects and construction firms – is responsible for delivering commercial properties in London that are both iconic buildings and desirable locations for companies and communities.
Prior to joining Landsec, Beth was Commercial Director at HS2, where she was responsible for commercial strategy, procurement, supplier management, land and property acquisitions and management, regeneration and economic analysis. Previously, Beth spent nine years at Transport for London (TfL). Beth joined TfL in 2003 and held a number of roles: firstly as a Principal in the Corporate Finance team, secondly as the Head of Commercial Advisory and Risk at London Underground, providing commercial advice and strategy. Beth then became Head of Commercial Procurement at London Underground and was responsible for delivering improved commercial capability for the business, and later was Commercial Director at Tube Lines where she was responsible for procurement, risk management, assurance and business planning and controls.
Beth started her career working on Capitol Hill in Washington for the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the House of Representatives, before moving on to eight years in project finance banking with Credit Suisse and Société Générale. Beth is a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
