Homes England have had a busy two years since they were established, securing £4 billion in government investment, facilitating new partnerships with housing associations and local authorities across the country and supporting new infrastructure to unlock housing delivery and encourage economic growth.
Set against a fluid political background, we will explore how Homes England are supporting the government’s aims to build 300,000 homes a year, modernise the housebuilding industry, and increase the availability of public land. And in an uncertain market, what new steps might Homes England take stimulate more housebuilding.
