Part L 2021 GLA Updated Approach Virtual Roundtable

An online roundtable taking place on 6^th May at 10:00 – 11:00 with the GLA to hear about and discuss the GLA’s proposed response to the adoption of the Part L 2021 of the Building Regulations, due to be adopted on the 15^th June. The session will clarify what this will mean for the London Plan carbon & energy policies and any associated guidance documents. The GLA will talk through the key changes that Part L 2021 will introduce and the proposed approach they will be taking. This will be an opportunity to discuss the recommended changes, provide valuable feedback and ask any questions about the methodology as it is being finalised.
