Why must business, government and the education system collaborate on skills?

Join us along with Mark Hoban, former Minister for Work and Pensions, Chairman of Flood Re, and Chair of the Financial Services Skills Taskforce, for the final event in our Skilling London series, with Lloyds Banking Group and Jacobs.

During the series, we’ve been seeking to galvanise better collaboration between business, education and political leaders, in order to identify practical solutions to grow London’s skills base and meet business skills needs. At this dinner, we will hear how Mark’s Taskforce is leading a system wide response to the skills challenges his sector is facing, and importantly, what lessons other sectors and London as a whole, can learn from this collaborative approach.

In bringing together those leading the charge on a mission to grow London’s talent pool, our ambition is to set a targeted, tangible action plan that we hope will shift the dial on skills in London.
