Keeping London at the forefront of global business
working with and for the whole UK
Becoming a sponsor at one of London First’s industry leading events or flagship summits gives businesses the opportunity to gain crucial insights into the future of London business, enhances relationships with key decisions makers, and builds brand profile through extensive media and event collateral.
We’re transitioning to a mixed programme of virtual, hybrid and in-person events over the coming months. Our aim is to offer most events in person later in the Autumn, maximising the networking opportunities we’re all keen to get back to.
London First offers a range of sponsorship opportunities across our annual programme of 100+ events. This includes, but is not limited to the below.
The last 18 months have changed the way we think about digital and physical infrastructure, potentially forever. London’s biggest gathering of infrastructure experts returns this year for a week-long series of in-person and virtual events, digesting what the pandemic means for London’s infrastructure future and how we map our way back to prosperity.
Our in-person half day conference and networking session has limited capacity so will be invitation only, but we’ll be streaming the whole series live, so no need to miss out.
In addition to the live summit, we will also be hosting bite-sized virtual events, debating hot topics around global cities, data and the green agenda across the week of 13 September.
Sponsors will benefit from speaking and thought leadership opportunities alongside a curated group of experts and peers, the long awaited return of in-person networking, and opportunities to create a range of interactive and on-demand content including podcasts, blogs, newsletters and social – media.
London First will again have a significant presence at Party Conferences, with multiple fringe events and associated sponsorship opportunities. Details are yet to be confirmed, but previous Party Conference activities have included a Reception at Labour, with Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London and a Reception with Shaun Bailey, Conservative Mayoral candidate. We also ran lunches at both, alongside our Growing Together coalition partners from across the UK metro regions.
We would welcome conversations with prospective partners with a view to taking input on plans for 2022. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to speak with a member of the team for more information.
Skills London 2021
Skills London is the UK’s biggest jobs and careers event for 15 – 24 year olds, their teachers, carers and families.
Each year 35,000 people attend Skills London from across the capital and the neighbouring counties over two days at London’s ExCeL centre. In our continued efforts to support London’s young people, education providers and businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, we will be delivering Skills London through a range of virtual events and digital content through June 2021. Through the Skills London content hub and a range of interactive and on-demand content including workshops, podcasts, blogs and newsletters, we will offer practical tips and advice for job seekers and convene experts from business, education, government and the third sector to provide guidance and discuss workable solutions to address access to skills for young people, workers and employers.
Sponsors will benefit from direct engagement with schools, colleges and young people across the South East region – with brand profiling and key messages shared with all Skills London partnered schools. Your business will reach a huge pool of future talent, with direct contact through targeted e‑newsletters sent to approx. 2,500 contacts in 980 schools across the region, whilst benefiting from exposure across London First’s public and private sector business networks. Working with Councillors and decision makers from London’s most vibrant boroughs, we invite a cross-sector group of business stakeholders and public policy experts to discuss borough specific priorities and the challenges and opportunities for growth.
