Matching leaders from different organisations and cultures provides a confidential sounding board for exploring shared challenges. Participants value the fresh insight that comes from an external perspective, along with the space to tackle issues away from the day-to-day, in a supportive environment lifted by camaraderie.
The cross-section of business leaders involved all have one thing in common: they understand the challenges of leadership in a complex environment. Since its launch in 2001, over 700 leaders have benefitted.
Participants are carefully matched to gain the most out of the mentoring relationship.
We work in partnership with the following associates of London First on the Leadership Exchange programme: The British Transport Police, City of London Police, the Metropolitan Police Service and the National Crime Agency.
