Join us for a panel discussion to consider the role that the formation of new housing asset classes can play in helping to solve London’s housing crisis.
As London struggles to meet its new housebuilding target of 65,000 homes a year, public policy is starting to focus on diversifying who is building new homes and seeking new sources of investment to fund development.
Our expert panel, drawing together representatives from existing and aspiring housing asset classes, will provide insight into the importance of becoming an investment asset class and what practical benefits this has or might have on their business and more broadly for development in London.
