Anita Balchandani, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, joins London First board
London First, the capital’s leading business group, has today confirmed the appointment of Anita Balchandani to its board with immediate effect.
Anita is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company – a global management consultancy. Anita leads the Consumer practice in the UK as well as the Apparel, Fashion, and Luxury practice in EMEA – serving clients both in retail and consumer businesses and is renowned for her understanding of the disruptions shaping the retail industry today. Anita joins London First at a critical time as the capital continues to recover from the pandemic and looks ahead to strengthen its position as a pioneering city for domestic and international business.
Anita joins newly appointed Lesley-Ann Nash, former Cabinet Officer Director, Sarah Sands, former Editor of the BBC Today Programme, Mark Reynolds, Chief Executive, Mace, and other Board members in supporting London First in delivering on its mission to make the capital the best place in the world to do business.
