London Tech Week 2020 goes virtual next month

London Tech Week, Europe’s leading tech conference, has gone virtual for 2020. . London Tech Week returns between 1 – 11 September, and offers a chance to join prominent tech leaders, CEOs and change makers in a celebration of London and the UK as the world-class hub of tech innovation.
This year’s event is focused on tackling some of the most pressing topics facing the tech sector and society today. A global contingent of speakers come from across the tech and business communities, along with representatives from government.
Sessions will cover topics like the future of work, diversity within tech, education, healthcare, the start-up and investment landscape, business transformation and more.
London First is proud to be taking part. Our CEO Jasmine Whitbread is one of the event Ambassadors and will chair our first event on 9 September (at 1:55pm). This will be a panel discussion on how data can be used to solve some of the key challenges faced by London and other major cities. To coincide with the live launch of the London Data Commission’s final report, a panel discussion on 10 September (at 10:15am) will examine in more detail the publication’s findings and recommendations.
