“It will be a relief that the service can continue to run during the appeal process, but we’d urge both parties to get round the table to resolve the remaining issues swiftly.
“On demand transport services are here to stay and have been a boon for London. TfL rightly acknowledges that Uber has made positive strides over the last year. Londoners will expect TfL to work closely with companies like Uber to enable safe and responsible innovation on our roads.”
