Matt leads Arup’s City Economics team in London. He specialises in providing advice on local economic growth, policy, major transactions, appraisals and business cases, in infrastructure, to major public and private sector clients. Matt is currently advising the Greater London Authority (GLA) on the future of the Central Activities Zone (CAZ).
