Build to Rent dinner - February 2024

This small dinner will bring together key parts of the Built to Rent industry to discuss the sector’s role within the wider London housing market. Set against the backdrop of a challenging economic environment and the — likely — enactment of the Renters Reform Bill, guests will discuss the contribution that BTR makes towards housing provision in London and, given the critical need for more good quality rental stock, how its importance can be communicated to policy makers as well as what developers are doing/​need to do meet the short/medium-term challenges around supply.
