Skills London 2022
Skills London is the UK’s biggest jobs and careers event for 14 — 24-year-olds. We have been growing the physical event for over 10 years and in 2019 we welcomed the Mayor of London, 220 exhibitors and 35,000 people from across London and the neighbouring counties over two days at London’s ExCeL centre. The event is a direct intervention into the London labour market and provides huge value to London’s students, teachers, parents, carers, and employers. We provide opportunities for London’s diverse community of jobseekers, graduates, and young people to explore a wide range of career opportunities, with a focus on ensuring active engagement with the capital’s under-represented groups.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to hold the physical event in 2020 and 2021, however, to ensure that Londoners don’t miss out, we rapidly took the Skills London programme online, providing young people with access to jobs and the training market, and opportunities to engage in the world of work. In 2022 we will be continuing our virtual event content, whilst also bringing the physical event back with a bang. Sponsors for Skills London benefit from exposure within some of London’s hardest to reach communities, widespread media coverage and political engagement from the Mayor, as well as opportunities to showcase their brand as a champion for the future of London’s workforce.
